Effectively from 3rd August 2009, securities traded on Bursa Malaysia will be having new tick sizes. The new tick sizes are smaller than the current tick sizes.
I think, this may help in correctly reflect the actual price of a stock worth. But on other hand, this might be a bad news for most speculators because the price movement of a stock will be reduced greatly.
